Biography:
This is my first full year at Jemison Intermediate School and my seventh year overall in the role of school counselor. I was a counselor for six years prior to having my children. When they were born, I took a break in order to be home with them full time. As much as I enjoyed that time, I am so excited to be able to return to work in the field that I love. I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the students here at JIS. I am passionate about encouraging students and guiding them to reach their full potential.
I have been married to my husband for 24 years. We live in Helena with our two sons and our dog named Reesie. I enjoy being involved with our boys' activities, traveling, and watching college football. Roll Tide!
