Bio:
My career started teaching at-risk students at the Beaufort Marine Institute in Beaufort, South Carolina for one year. I then taught fifth and sixth grades in the Bessemer City School System for eleven years prior to coming to Jemison Elementary School where I taught 4th grade for thirteen years. In 2017, our fourth grade moved "down the hill" to Jemison Intermediate School and currently teach English Language Arts and history.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching Little House on the Prairie marathons, and swimming.
